You Don’t Need To Be In Shape To Get Started With MMA!

A lot of people assume that… “MMA IS WAY TOO HARD!” and that you’ve got to be 19 years old to handle the workout. Or that you need prier experience or need to be in shape first before taking a class.

Anyone can take classes, we’ve got students as young as 18 and as experienced as 65! Men and women of all levels.

They all started off just like you. You can enjoy MMA classes just like they do in a fun, welcoming and safe training environment.

Oh and let me point this out as well, YOU DON’T NEED TO BE IN SHAPE before you can try a class!

You can be completely out of shape, I mean super out of shape, whatever, It’s totally fine. It’s our job to get you back in shape, in small steps at a pace you can handle.

That’s why we offer classes for beginners. Beginner in skill and many times beginner level in terms of physical fitness too.

Sadly these assumptions are what stop a lot of good people from giving MMA classes a try.

We assure you, MMA classes are for anyone and everyone looking for a kick butt workout with realistic self-defense being taught in a friendly atmosphere. This is Ivey League MMA!

We Offer Basic Beginner Level Classes For New Students! No Previous Martial Arts Experience Needed

So don’t worry if you lack experience or ability, Doesn’t matter, we’ve got a class that’s just right for your level, beginner or otherwise.

Since we offer a variety of different types of classes with unique training levels, you can quickly transform yourself from total newbie to an experienced fighter faster than a hot knife can cut through butter!

In all of our classes, you’ll be treated to the unparalleled Ivey League style of hand-to-hand combat.

We take the fundamental skills of Mixed Martial Arts and mix in a killer workout that’s designed to get you in butt kicking shape fast.
