First up, first place! Junior student Alexia Lara is the first Ivey League Kid student to win Gold at the Pan American Kids Championships. This is one of the highest levels of competition in the world, held annually in California. She took on a huge challenge in having to go up a weight class because there were no competitors in her division. She won with her technical skills, winning the finals with a score of 7-3. Master Danny said her double leg and bull fighting got the job done for her. We are very proud Alexia in her courage and dedication. More results to come on other competitors, and pics coming soon.
