Are there other beginners in the classes?

If you’re a total beginner to MMA classes no worries! There’s always plenty of beginners in the fundamentals classes.

You also get the added benefit of having some of our advanced students around to help you out along the way!

Do I need to “get in shape” before I try a class?

A common misunderstanding is that you need to get “in shape” first before starting Mixed Martial Arts classes. This is absolutely not true!

Our classes are structured so that new students can workout and learn at their own speed, at a pace that suits their needs.

Does age matter If I’d like to try a class?

No of course not. We currently have a student named Allan who’s 64 years old. He’s been training with us for 2+ years and never misses a class.

He’s a model student who the younger kids look up to. If Al can do this, at 64 years old, so can you my friend!

How many students are there in group classes?

Classes tend to range between 12-22 students. The larger classes have extra instructors there to help out and work with the students.

Will Mixed Martial Arts classes help me tone up?

Yes! Our classes offer a fantastic combination of cardio, core/ab work and strength training that along with a proper diet (which we’re more then happy to help you with.) will help you tone up, fast.

How many classes should I attend per week?

We offer classes 7 days a week, and the amount of classes you take is based more on your own personal goals.

Most of our students train around 1-3 times a week. That’s all you need to start seeing amazing results and feeling awesome.

Is there any sparring during the classes? Will I get hit or beat up?

No you won’t be sparring the other students, or getting beat up. You’ll never EVER be pressured into sparring!

You’ll still be learning the most realistic fighting techniques and be able to go to work the next day without a black eye or physical injury from sparring.

How long are the classes?

Most classes last about 55-60 minutes. Some of our more advanced classes can run around 75-90 minutes max.

Do you offer group and private classes?

We offer both private and group classes. If group classes aren’t your thing no problem, our instructors offer private lessons. Please contact us to schedule one.
