At Ivey league Mixed Martial arts located in Severna Park Maryland we train both No Gi and Gi Brazilians Jiu Jitsu. No Gi is what you would see in the Ultimate Fighting Championship or UFC for short. This style we were traditionally gym shorts and a T shirt and in this style grabbling the cloths are not allowed. In our Gi class we were traditional Jiu Jitsu Gi’s or Judo Gi’s are acceptable as well. In this class Gi add a additional amount of moves in various positions allowing to use you opponents clothing against them.
