A common question that we get here at Ivey League is how can someone train when they don’t have a training partner?
With Boxing and Muay Thai kickboxing you can do a lot more, stuff like shadow boxing or hitting a heavy bag would seem to be the normal routine. But with Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and Grappling you will have to be a bit more creative. So below is a video of Danny Ives walking some students through the right way to do some solo drills meant for BJJ and/or MMA training.
